The Edgewater Redevelopment Authority is a separate legal entity which exercises powers enumerated in Colorado Revised Statutes §31-25-101 et seq. Specifically, the Authority is responsible for curing blight conditions in the City of Edgewater pursuant to the Authority's adopted Urban Renewal Plan. 

Meetings are held as needed.
