Facility Rentals

The City of Edgewater offers a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities that can be rented for private events. Indoor facility rentals are available year-round and park rentals are available seasonally from April-November.  All indoor facilities and park rental spaces require a refundable $100 damage deposit.

Edgewater Civic Center 

The Edgewater Civic Center offers both large and small rooms for rent to meet any need. Chairs and tables for set-up are included, as well as an AV cart and projector. After-hours rentals are available for an additional fee. If a rooms appear to be booked on your requested date or if you are interested in an after-hours rental, please call the Facilities Coordinator for potential options. 

Gymnasium

Full Court 84 ft x 50 ft 

Amenities Include:

  • One (1) full size basketball court or two (2) courts
  • Six (6) basketball hoops
  • One (1) full sized volleyball court
  • Four (4) pickleball courts
  • Guest Wi-Fi
  • AV 
  • Cart/ microphones/speakers for larger events

Add-on:

For larger events that are not athletic in nature and require street shoes, tables, or chairs, a floor covering can be put down for an additional cost.

Staley Studio

  • Mirrors along the front wall and adjustable ballet bars along the back wall
  • Guest Wi-Fi
  • AV Cart and Projector (if needed)
  • Sound System
  • Great view of downtown Denver!

 

Pricing:

  • $100 Damage Deposit 
  • JeffCo Resident Rate: $30/hour, $65/After-Hours
  • Non-Resident Rate: $40/hour, $75/After-Hours
Johnson Activity Room

30 ft x 41 ft room with a max capacity of sixty (60) depending on activity

Amenities Include:

  • New Eco-Core laminate flooring
  • Small kitchenette with sink and countertop space
  • Guest Wi-Fi
  • Sound System
  • AV Cart and Projector (if needed)
  • Great view of downtown Denver!

Pricing:

  • $100 Damage Deposit
  • JeffCo Resident Rate: $40/hour, $75/After-Hours
  • Non-Resident Rate: $50/hour, $85/After-Hours
Noll Conference Room

19 ft x 12 ft room with a max capacity of ten (10) depending on activity

Amenities Include:

  • Meeting space with one large conference table and up to 10 chairs
  • TV with HDMI connect capabilities
  • Conference table phone
  • Guest Wi-Fi

 

 

Pricing:

  • $100 Damage Deposit
  • JeffCo Resident: $15/hour
  • Non-Resident Rate: $25/hour

Citizens' Park

Citizens' Park is a six-acre multi-use park located in the eastern portion of Edgewater between West 22nd and 24th Avenues and between Chase and Benton Streets. 

The park is rented in full-day increments, between the hours of 8am-9pm.  The playground is not included in any rental. 

Whole Park

 Amenities Include: 

  • Softball Field
  • Picnic Pavilion with electrical outlets
  • 8 Picnic Tables
  • 2 Charcoal Grills 
  • Restrooms at Pavilion and Softball Field
  • Playground rated for 5 - 8 year olds
  • 11 Clay Horseshoe Pits, 1 Sand Horseshoe Pit
  • 3 dog stations at the sidewalk entrances to park

Rental Includes:

  • Park Pavilion
  • Horseshoe Pits
  • Open Space in front of pavilion
  • Softball Field
  • Restrooms 

Pricing: 

  • $500 Damage Deposit
  • $125 Optional Softball Field initial field drag, water infield, chalk lines, and bases
  • JeffCo Resident Rate: $1000/day
  • Non-Resident Rate: $1300/day
  • For-Profit: $1600/day
Softball Field

  • Dugouts
  • Removable Outfield Fence

Horseshoe Pits

Amenities Include:

  • 11 Clay Horseshoe Pits, 1 Sand Horseshoe Pit

Memorial Park 

Memorial Park is a pocket park located on the Southeast corner of 25th Ave and Chase Street.  Memorial Park offers a gazebo, picnic tables and open grass space. Just a few minutes' walk to local food, drink and shops!

The park is rented in full-day increments, between the hours of 8am-9pm.
