On January 18, 2010 the City of Edgewater adopted rules and standards for licensing medical marijuana centers, infused product manufacturing, and cultivation. The City of Edgewater's regulations may be found in the Edgewater Municipal Code, Carpet 16 at Article 30.

On September 19, 2013, the City of Edgewater adopted rules and standards for licensing retail marijuana centers, infused product manufacturing, cultivation, and testing centers .The City of Edgewater's regulations may be found in the Edgewater Municipal Code, Carpet 16 at Article 30. 

There is a cap of five (5) marijuana businesses licensing in Edgewater. We are currently not accepting any new licenses. In order to renew your Marijuana Business license please fill out the following forms:
